Cleary Fairbrother Property are thrilled to welcome their newest team member Kathleen, although she is no stranger to CFP. An experienced copy writer, Kathleen has been providing a freelance service to the team throughout the year. When it became clear that due to exciting growth, they would need someone to step into a support role, Kathleen was an obvious choice.

Kathleen is client focused and truly cares about people. She provides a creative flare to her work and an enthusiasm for all that she does. She builds terrific rapport with customers and sees this transition into real estate as an excellent career choice. Kathleen has her Real Estate Certificate of Registration and is working towards completing the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

Only new to Bathurst in the last 12 months, Kathleen and her family have put down solid roots in the area. Her husband David recently relocated to the Bathurst Fire Station, having been a full-time firefighter for the last 15 years. Their three children are spaced over local primary and secondary schools and are active in sports and music.

Kathleen and David have been renovating properties for the last 20 years, and in that time, Kathleen has developed a keen understanding of the Real Estate market and knows what it is like to be both a vendor and buyer. She loves the design aspect of renovating and enjoys staging properties with a keen eye for detail.

An avid reader, animal lover and self-confessed foodie, Kathleen sees the Bathurst Region as an opportunity to really get the best of both worlds and is excited for her family to enjoy all that is on offer.
